At circuly, we enable companies to also rent out their products via E-commerce instead of just selling them. Doing this, we strive to expedite the change from a linear towards a circular economy. Together with customers like bugaboo, Paceheads Riese&Müller, we have successfully launched and scaled rental and subscription models on E-commerce platforms.

Hiring can be an exhausting process, especially when you're the one trying to get hired. Therefore, we try to make this a fast and transparent process. Additionally, you will always have one contact person guiding you through the process and helping you with scheduling meetings and making introductions. Your process will look like this:
Are you ready to change the way we consume goods for good?
Review: Our People team will take a look at your CV and check how your skills, qualifications and motivation match the job requirements.
Intro call: A 30 minute video call to get to know each other and evaluate fit in terms of personality, motivation and experience.
Case study: You receive a technical or commercial case study based on the position your applied for. You will have 5 days time to deliver your results.
Deep-dive interview: It's time to show us what you've got. We'll chat for 45-60 minutes to discuss your task. If applicable a reference call and (for sales only) a short role play.
Offer & meet the team: Meet the rest of the team in a 30 minutes chat, you get to know your closer team.
