- Listen to our customers: collect feedback and share it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
- Connect the dots between departments to ensure efficient communication of our customers' needs across teams
- Create awareness for and encourage education based on resources such as circuly’s knowledge loop and blog 
- Keep customers updated on changes to the circuly software, new features, and anything that will make their life easier

What we need from you.
Hard Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to understand customers' needs and proactively translate them into the required action
- Experience in working with diverse stakeholder groups (preferably in the field of customer success/ customer service/after-sales)
- Experience in customer-facing communication 
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills First experience in the E-commerce/ SaaS / Subscription industry
- Excellent business English and German language skills (written and spoken)

Our Application Process.

Hiring can be an exhausting process, especially when you're the one trying to get hired. Therefore, we try to make this a fast and transparent process. Additionally, you will always have one contact person guiding you through the process and helping you with scheduling meetings and making introductions. Your process will look like this:

Step 1.

Review: Our People team will take a look at your CV and check how your skills, qualifications and motivation match the job requirements.

Step 2.

Intro call: A 30 minute video call to get to know each other and evaluate  fit in terms of personality, motivation and experience.

Step 3.

Case study: You receive a technical or commercial case study based on the position your applied for. You will have 5 days time to deliver your results.

Step 4.

Deep-dive interview: It's time to show us what you've got. We'll chat for 45-60 minutes to discuss your task. If applicable a reference call and (for sales only) a short role play.

Step 5.

Offer & meet the team: Meet the rest of the team in a 30 minutes chat, you get to know your closer team.
